D&D Network:
You may request service submitting our
availability form or call D&D at 505-564-9260 during normal business hours.

Equipment:
The D&D Network will require the use of standard wireless equipment, provided by D&D. The equipment required will be determined by the type of computer you are using (desktop or laptop) and the operating system you are running (Windows 95, Windows 98,Windows NT, Windows 2000 or XP).

Payment Terms:
Your monthly statement will be sent to you via mailed invoice or email. If you would like your ddbroadband.net email forwarded to another email address, please provide us with the other email address.

Cancellation:
The Customer reserves the right to terminate the wireless connection at anytime without penalty or cancellation fee upon giving D&D notice of intent to cancel. The wireless equipment must be in working order and returned to D&D, at PO Box 1409, Farmington, NM 87401, prior to the service fees being discontinued.

User ID - Email Address - Password:
Your D&D service will include up to 5 free email accounts.
 Each User ID will require a separate password of at least 4 digits or characters.

Privacy:
D&D will not share any of the information you have provided us. D&D does not resell its Registered User list. From time to time, D&D may use this list, for its own purposes, in contacting our Registered Users.
